工程教育学由工程学科规模急遽扩张、赋能卓越工程师培养和推动教育强国建设等多元要素复杂交织而共同形塑。在介绍工程教育学科建设相关研究与实践的基础上,基于天津大学的经验范例,从制度与组织建设、工程教育科学研究、工程教育创新实践、学科建设基础方面阐述工程教育学的形成基础与学科设置。最后,指出工程教育学的核心要素建构与未来推进路径,即以凝练学科发展方向引领发展、以加强课程与教学建设驱动发展、以卓越研究人才培养赋能发展、以多样化师资队伍建设助力发展和以高水平科学研究推动发展。
Engineering education is a complex interplay of multiple elements, including the rapid expansion of engineering disciplines, the empowerment of outstanding engineer training, and the promotion of the construction of an educational powerhouse. On the basis of introducing the relevant research and practice of engineering education discipline construction, and the experience of Tianjin University, this paper expounds the formation basis and discipline setting of engineering education from the aspects of system and organization construction, engineering education scientific research, engineering education innovation practice, and discipline construction foundation. Finally, it is pointed out that the core elements of engineering education construction and future promotion path are guided by the direction of condensed subject development, driven by the strengthening of curriculum and teaching construction, empowered by the cultivation of outstanding research talents, assisted by the construction of diversified faculty members, and promoted by high-level scientific research.
