全球工程教育发展正在进入加速变革期。当前卓越工程师培养面临着一系列重大挑战,文章择要分析了工程复杂性增长、数智技术的加速迭代、知识半衰期缩短、世界可持续发展等十个方面的挑战。结合工程教育中“学术漂移”现象的分析,探讨了卓越工程师培养的若干问题成因,为加快建设中国特色、世界水平的工程师培养体系提出了若干对策建议。
The global development of engineering education is entering an era of accelerated transformation. The cultivation of outstanding engineers faces a series of significant challenges. This paper analyzes ten aspects of these challenges, including the growth of engineering complexity, the rapid iteration of digital technologies, the shortening of the half-life of knowledge, and global sustainable development. With an analysis of the phenomenon of "academic drift" in engineering education, the causes of several issues in cultivating outstanding engineers are explored, and several strategic recommendations are proposed to accelerate the construction of a world-class engineering education system with Chinese characteristics.
