当前,人工智能教育已经成为全球教育发展的显著特征和重要趋势,并对传统教育学科知识体系和研究范式提出了重大挑战。为推进人工智能与教育融合发展、双向赋能,华中师范大学于2020年在全国高校中率先成立人工智能教育学部。文章以华中师范大学人工智能教育学部作为案例研究对象,探索“人工智能+教育”人才培养的模式创新。研究发现可以通过以下举措,如重构培养体系、创新教育教学模式,转变教学空间、实现科研教学双向赋能,创新机制体制改革、完善人才培养保障体系等,有效提升“人工智能+教育”复合型人才培养效果。研究结果对探索新时代师范类院校推进教师教育改革创新的可行方案,构建“人工智能+教育”复合型高水平人才培养体系具有借鉴和启示作用。
Artificial intelligence education has become a prominent feature and an important trend in the development of global education and has posed a major challenge to the traditional educational knowledge system and research paradigm. To promote the integrated development of artificial intelligence and education, Central China Normal University took the lead in establishing the Faculty of Artificial Intelligence in Education in China in 2020. This paper takes the Faculty of Artificial Intelligence in Education in a case study, which shows that Faculty has adopted: (1) Reconstructing the training system and innovating the talent training mode; (2) Changing the teaching space to realize the two-way empowerment of scientific research and teaching; (3) Innovating the mechanism and system reform, improving talent training guarantee system, which can effectively enhance the training of "artificial intelligence + education" compound talents. The results are useful in exploring feasible solutions for education reform and innovation in normal universities for the new era, and building a high-level composite teacher training system of "AI + education" .
