摘要

打破学科壁垒、促进医工交叉融合人才培养是服务健康中国战略、促进医药创新的原动力。医工交叉人才培养需要从制度建设、需求导向、培养质量和思政体系等方面创新途径、形式和方法，需要从健全医工交叉融合培养机制、建立产学研共同体、改革试点先行培养高端复合型人才、重视课程思政与职业精神培养等方面入手进行教学革新，建成具有中国特色的医工交叉人才培养体系，为实现高水平科技创新、服务健康中国战略输出一流主力军。

Abstract

Breaking down disciplinary barriers and promoting the cultivation of medicine-engineering interdisciplinary talents is the driving force for serving Healthy China Strategy and promoting medical innovation. The medicine-engineering interdisciplinary talents training requires innovative approaches, forms, and methods in terms of system construction, demand orientation, training quality, ideological system, etc. We should improve the training mechanism of medicine-engineering intersection and integration, establish an industry-university-research community, reform and pilot training of high-end composite talents, and reform teaching with focus on the cultivation of curriculum politics and professionalism, so as to build a training system of medicine-engineering intersection with Chinese characteristics, which will export first-class talents as the main force of a high level of technological innovation and serve Healthy China Strategy.
